Owner: Jay Tolbert
Jay Tolbert is the Owner of All Weather Restoration. Jay has 30+ years experience in construction alone, and is the premier contractor choice of Central Texas. Aside from his extensive work history, he is a caring leader and even more caring father and husband. When we say we are a family company, we mean it. Not only do we have family who work extensively on every project, we treat all our employees as if they were our own family.
General Manager: Scott Monday
Scott Monday is our General Manager, and former customer. He was so impressed with our work that he wanted to come be a part of our team, and hasn't looked back since. Scott assists with every project personally, and ensures that each and every roof we put on is perfect.
