I called him up and he responded quickly. He returned to interface with our insurance adjuster, and once the checks were cut his team went right to work replacing the entire roof. He let us choose the shingle we wanted, and the job looks great!! Now we have a brand new 40-year roof that can withstand 130MPH winds (according to the manufacturer's warranty) and this has GOT to be better than the builder-quality roof that lost a shingle or two every time a heavy windstorm blew through town. "Due to Hurricane Harvey I had some roof damage. I lost a few tiles off the roof and was concerned about dealing with my insurance company and whether or not they would replace the roof or just offer a short term fix. I spoke with Jay who was more than willing to speak with my adjuster. He was able to make things right and my adjuster agreed to a full roof replacement. I didn't even need to be present during this process. Jay was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions I had. He walked me through what would happen. I also learned that my builder never installed the metal flashing that is required to go on the roof. He was also able to work that out with the adjuster and get that covered. The work took about a day and a half but it rained during the work so that is why it took that extra half day. I'm sure without the rain it would have been done in one day. The crew did a great job and even made sure the area was all cleaned up afterwards. My roof looks great and I'm very happy with the service and the warranty offered. Jay even came out after the work was complete to answer any questions that I had and explain what was done. I fully recommend these guys if you need any roof work. They will work with you and your schedule and were a pleasure to do business with."
